Easter and all holidays for that matter is a bit hectic for us. Our day started off with the girls waking up to their Easter baskets in the morning. We then went to Garrett's dad's and step mom's (Nan and Big Papa) where we enjoyed great food (like usual!!) The girls played outside hitting the ball with the new bat Rylan got from the Easter Bunny. Hailey found out that she is really good at softball! Hailey practiced her new jump rope and they both blew bubbles that they got from Nan and Big Papa.
Rylan had her usual "cup of tea" at Neen's. She LOVES fixing "tea" in her fancy cups and saucers. By this point is was pouring outside so the girls were stuck inside. The girls were excited to get their treat bag filled with chocolate coins, bubbles, a huge chocolate bunny and more. Neen gave the girls a crisp $5.00 bill. Rylan didn't understand why Hailey's was purple and she was so jealous. Hailey recieved a "new" bill where Rylan's was the "old" style. Either way...they were thankful for their treat!
My Mom and Dad were in Alabama visiting our family so that is why they weren't incuded in our Easter trips for the day!
