and for the other teachers I made homemade Chocolate Truffles. They are sooo good and have been my little guilty pleasure. Here’s the recipe if anyone is interested. Super easy to make, not much too it…and WELL worth it, trust me!! {{YUMMM!}}

Easy Decadent Truffles
Prep Time: 1 Hour
Ready In: 1 Hour
Servings: 60
"Insanely easy, but oh so rich! Recipe makes a large amount but you can vary flavorings and coatings to make several different varieties."
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese,
softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract {you can add or omit any extract to your liking}
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate, heavy cream and vanilla/almond until no streaks remain. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Coat with melted chocolate, peanuts, white chocolate, coconut, powdered sugar, cocoa, etc.
