Trick or Treat

Dutchess was a Banana Split.  She wouldn’t keep the hat, which was the top on the banana on but you get the drift.

We trick or treated in my mom’s neighborhood like we normally do each year.  They changed times for Halloween for each individual town people were very confused on when they should celebrate.  Our town was scheduled for Monday, the day after Halloween.  About 3 miles down the road, in our same city, they were scheduled for Sunday.  Some places were scheduled for Friday and Saturday.  Ridiculous!!!  Baton Rouge was on Sunday, so we decided to go there.  Thankfully we did because it was pouring down rain on Monday!!  Pour kids in our neighborhood were being walked under umbrellas.  Halloween is on October 31st whether it’s a Sunday, Wednesday or Friday.  Keep it on the same date every year!!!!
