We spent Easter Sunday at Garrett's Dad and Step Mom’s house. The girls were beyond excited to meet their baby bunnies that they have been nursing for the past few weeks. Barton found them abandoned at work and brought the sweet babies home. They let the girls hold and pet them {not like they had much choice!} and they were even able to feed them a bottle!! C-U-T-E!
Rylan especially was in LOVE with them, she sat and playing with them the entire time. Those bunnies were probably relieved to see us leave!
We had a wonderful Easter this year (as always), first stop was Piccadilly to meet Neep, Peep, Nathan, my Dad and Sister for Easter “Dinner”. Glad we could all meet to spend some time together since Garrett’s Mom was gone on a cruise {LUCKY!!} and my Dad stayed behind because he was on call. Then we went and spent the rest of the day with Garrett’s Dad’s side. I love our “little” (aka very large!) family!
Here are a few pictures from Rylan’s 1st Grade Easter Party. They hunted Easter Eggs and then made ice cream sundaes in the classroom. The best part is Rylan actually hunted eggs this year, luckily there was no repeat of last year!! (she freaked out and started to cry when they yelled GO for all the kids to find the eggs)
Notice the nice hole in her mouth where that dangling front tooth finally came out, with some assistance from her teacher!
