Children’s Discovery Center

Rylan’s 2nd grade class just took their Spring field trip to the Children’s Discovery Center.  It was such a great experience for the kids.  This museum had different stations for the kids to experience real life things.  A restaurant that they could “make” food and ring up orders on the cash register.  The bubble maker was probably the most popular.  You stood in the center and pulled the cord and a gigantic bubble formed around you, so you were inside the bubble.   She was able to measure her height, weight, how high she could jump and how long she could balance.  Climb a rock wall, build like a construction worker, play dress up, make music, be a veterinarian, and work in an ambulance.  They also got to paint a huge banner at Painting with a Twist.
