On Sunday February 7th, 2010 we sat in the living room and watched history unfold before our eyes. The fact the Saints even won more than a few games this year was a miracle but having them play in the Superbowl was just unimaginable! Garrett and I were literally on the edge of the couch and we really didn’t think they were going to pull it off. After halftime it all turned around. I was screaming when Tracy Porter caught the interception and ran it all the way down field to score. We actually WON the SUPERBOWL!!! Holy cow! After they won fireworks started going off outside in our neighborhood and when we walked outside you could just hear everyone screaming and chanting. It was really amazing knowing all these people were genuinely behind the city of New Orleans and the Saints. There were thousands of people in New Orleans watching the game at bars and the streets flooded with people hugging, giving high fives and chanting WHO DAT!!!! I believe the news reported 300,000 people attended the Saints Parade that ran the streets of New Orleans Tuesday. Great job guys for an awesome season and some Who Dat history!!
