As you all know from one of my recent posts, I started meal planning this week. So far, so good! I’m proud of myself for sticking to the menu. Although, I did switch up Friday and Saturday’s meal. My show on Saturday was cancelled due to rain so we ate leftovers Friday night and I am cooking the Baked Ziti and Garlic Bread tonight. We had leftover BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches for lunch….well most of us. Rylan had her specialty….PB&J. That child could eat that every day of her life if she had to. {YUCK! I hate PB&J!!!} I can’t complain since it’s easy and fast to whip up and she eats most every bite! I still have one more week before I should have to go to the grocery store again. It really looks like I’ll make it! I’m already thinking about my next set of menus! I need to get a few new recipes to keep it different. I LOVE “All Recipes” website. I get lots of yummy recipes from there. They have a rating system which does really help. Hopefully by keeping this up my grocery bill will stay down!
